దేవర చిత్రంలోని చుట్టమల్లే పాటకు సంబంధించిన ఏఐ డీప్ ఫేక్ వివాదం సోషల్ మీడియాలో హాట్ టాపిక్ అయిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఇప్పటికే ఈ వివాదంపై జూనియర్ ఎన్టీఆర్ తీవ్ర ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. లీగల్ చర్యలు తప్పవంటూ జాన్వీ కపూర్ ట్వీట్ చేసింది. ఇక ఇప్పుడు ఈ ఇష్యూ పై మెగాస్టార్ చిరంజీవి సైతం సీరియస్ అయ్యారు.
ప్రస్తుతం కాలంలో ఆర్టిఫిషియల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ సాంకేతికతను ఏ స్థాయిలో వినియోగిస్తున్నారో చెప్పక్కర్లేదు. ఇప్పుడు సోషల్ మీడియాలో ఎక్కడ చూసిన ఏఐ వీడియోస్ చక్కర్లు కొడుతున్నాయి. అయితే ఏఐను కొందరు ఆగతాయిలు ఇష్టానుసారంగా దుర్వినియోగం చేస్తూ సినీ ప్రముఖులపై అసభ్యకర కంటెంట్ సృష్టించడంపై టాలీవుడ్ తీవ్ర దిగ్భ్రాంతి వ్యక్తం చేస్తోంది. ఇటీవల యంగ్ టైగర్ ఎన్టీఆర్, జాన్వీ కపూర్ జంటగా నటించిన ‘దేవర’ చిత్రంలోని హిట్ సాంగ్ ‘చుట్టమల్లే’ లోని దృశ్యాలను ఏఐ సాంకేతికతతో మార్ఫింగ్ చేసి నెట్టింట వ్యాప్తి చేయడంపై సినీ వర్గాలు, నెటిజన్స్ మండిపడ్డారు. ఈ విషయంపై ఇప్పటికే హీరో ఎన్టీఆర్, జాన్వీ కపూర్ సైతం తీవ్ర స్థాయిలో ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. తాజాగా ఈ వివాదంపై మెగాస్టార్ చిరంజీవి సైతం తీవ్ర స్థాయిలో మండిపడ్డారు.
చుట్టమల్లే సాంగ్ వివాదం పై చిరంజీవి స్పందిస్తూ సుధీర్ఘ ట్వీట్ చేశారు. “సాంకేతికతను ఉపయోగించి ఒక మహిళను అత్యంత హేయంగా చిత్రీకరించడం తీవ్రంగా కలచివేస్తోంది. AIతో మార్ఫింగ్ చేసిన ఇలాంటి వీడియోలను సృష్టించడం, ప్రచారం చేయడం అమానుషం. దీనిని నేను తీవ్రంగా ఖండిస్తున్నాను. ఇది ఏ ఒక్క వ్యక్తికో, ఏ ఒక్క సినిమాకో పరిమితమైన సమస్య కాదు. ఈరోజు ఒకరికి ఎదురైన ఈ పరిస్థితి రేపు మీకు, నాకు, ఎవరికైనా ఎదురుకావచ్చు. ఒకరి గౌరవానికి భంగం కలుగుతుంటే మనకెందుకులే అని మౌనంగా ఉండటానికి వీల్లేదు. దీనిని అరికట్టడంలో మనందరికీ బాధ్యత ఉంది.
ఇలాంటి చర్యలకు పాల్పడుతున్న వారిని, వాటిని ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా వ్యాప్తి చేస్తున్న వారిని చట్టపరంగా జవాబుదారీ చేయాలి. వీటిని సరదాగానో, వినోదంగానో తీసుకొని తేలికగా వదిలేయడానికి లేదు. ఈ సమస్యపై తెలుగు ఫిలిం ఛాంబర్, నిర్మాతల మండలి, ఇతర అనుబంధ సంఘాలతో మాట్లాడి, ఒక ప్రత్యేక కమిటీని, ఫిర్యాదులపై చర్యలకు సమన్వయం చేసే విభాగాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సిఫార్సు చేస్తాను. సైబర్ క్రైమ్ అధికారులతో కలిసి పనిచేస్తూ, బాధితులకు అండగా నిలవడం, ఇలాంటి కంటెంట్‌ను తొలగించేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టడం, బాధ్యులపై చట్టపరమైన చర్యలను ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లడం ఈ విభాగం లక్ష్యంగా ఉండాలి.
ఇందుకోసం తెలుగు సినిమా కుటుంబమంతా ఒక్కటిగా ముందుకు రావాలి. మన సంఘాలు, కళాకారులు, సాంకేతిక నిపుణులు, ప్రేక్షకులు, అభిమానులు, అందరం సమష్టిగా కృషి చేయాలి. AI దుర్వినియోగాన్ని అరికట్టేందుకు కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు పటిష్ఠమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరుతున్నాను. దయచేసి ఇలాంటి వీడియోలను చూడకండి, షేర్ చేయకండి. ఖండించే ఉద్దేశంతోనైనా వాటిని మళ్లీ పోస్ట్ చేయకండి. సంబంధిత ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌లకు, సైబర్ క్రైమ్ అధికారులకు రిపోర్ట్ చేయండి. మనిషి గౌరవాన్ని కాపాడటం మనందరి బాధ్యత. ఆ బాధ్యతను మనమంతా కలిసికట్టుగా నిర్వర్తిద్దాం.” అంటూ సుధీర్ఘ ట్వీట్ చేశారు.

I am deeply disturbed by the use of AI to create degrading and morphed videos of a woman. Such acts are cruel, shameful and completely unacceptable. I strongly condemn them.
This is not an issue concerning just one individual or one film. Today, it has happened to someone else. Tomorrow, it could happen to you, me or anyone we know. We cannot remain silent simply because it has not affected us personally. Every one of us has a responsibility to stand against this abuse.
Those who create such content and those who deliberately spread or amplify it must be held accountable under the law. This cannot be dismissed as a joke or treated as entertainment.
I will take this matter up with the Telugu Film Chamber, the Producers’ Council and our affiliated industry bodies, and recommend the formation of a dedicated committee and support cell. Working closely with Cyber Crime authorities, this team should support those affected, coordinate efforts to remove such content and pursue legal action against those responsible.
The entire Telugu film fraternity must come together for this effort. Our associations, artists, technicians, audiences and fans all have a role to play. I also urge the Central and State Governments to take strong and effective measures against the misuse of AI for such abuse.
Please do not watch, download, share or circulate these videos, even with the intention of condemning them. Report them to the respective platforms and Cyber Crime authorities instead.
